GIS Assessment ToolsOur ability to analyze, predict, and interpret landscape response to large-scale disturbances, such as wildfire, requires the development of automated, easy-to-use geospatial tools for both delineation and hydrogeomorphic modeling across the various process domains within watersheds. As part of our broader projects modeling erosion dynamics and sediment transport through large watersheds, our group is developing new, open source and open access Python-based tools with easy-to-use ArcGIS toolboxes. |
